What We're Looking For:

We have a range of roles and opportunites that we are hiring for at the moment. Whether you are a specialist in a certain function and industry or are more of a generalist, if you are a smart, ambitious, driven individual who is ready for a new challenge we want to hear from you!
Ideally you are already successfully leading recruitment teams or running a high billing desk but maybe you are looking for more and feel that something is missing in your career? You may have considered starting up on your own as you want more autonomy and make decisions that define your success but you might prefer working alongside other high performers and sharing a memorable journey?

You should have the ability to deal with ambiguity and lead through change whilst taking a predatory approach to winning business from competitors. You should also want to build something of purpose and seek something more than just being paid well - you may have questioned why you do what you do before.

Personal Attributes and Behaviours Required For Success:

You should be an individual who conducts themselves in a professional way, who is driven and able to communicate at a peer to peer level with senior Executives. You should be able to influence decisions and have a desire to be a thought leader or go-to-expert within your space.
